I tuoi ricordi restano tuoi.

eco è un'app per iPhone e iPad che ti aiuta a ricordare: scrivi o detti qualcosa, eco lo cataloga con l'intelligenza artificiale e puoi chiederlo più tardi. Questa pagina spiega quali dati tratta, dove finiscono e quali diritti hai.

Dove sono salvati i ricordi

Sul tuo iPhone o iPad, dentro l'app.
Se hai iCloud attivo, nel tuo database iCloud privato gestito da Apple, per il backup e la sincronizzazione tra i tuoi dispositivi. Né noi né altri utenti possiamo accedervi.
eco non ha account e non conserva copie dei tuoi ricordi.

Cosa sa il nostro server

Per far funzionare i limiti mensili e impedire che altri usino il servizio al posto dell'app, il server (Vercel, con un archivio tecnico su Upstash) conserva solo:

un identificativo casuale dell'installazione, generato dall'app e non collegato alla tua identità, al tuo Apple Account o al tuo numero;
la chiave pubblica con cui Apple certifica (App Attest) che le richieste arrivano dall'app eco autentica su un iPhone o un iPad;
un segnale di Apple DeviceCheck (due bit gestiti da Apple, che non identificano né te né il dispositivo) per evitare che sullo stesso dispositivo si creino installazioni in serie per ottenere quote gratuite;
il numero di catalogazioni e domande del mese, e se l'abbonamento Pro è attivo (verificato con la ricevuta firmata da Apple; ne usiamo solo un identificativo cifrato per limitare l'uso a cinque dispositivi).

Questi dati tecnici scadono automaticamente (i conteggi dopo circa 40 giorni) e non contengono il testo dei ricordi o delle domande.

Cosa viene inviato all'intelligenza artificiale

Solo se dai il consenso nell'app (puoi revocarlo in qualsiasi momento in Impostazioni):

Quando salvi un ricordo, il suo testo e i nomi delle persone già presenti nel tuo archivio, per catalogarlo.
Quando fai una domanda, la domanda e una selezione compatta dei ricordi più pertinenti e più recenti (scelti sul telefono), per trovare la risposta.

Questi dati passano dal nostro server (ospitato da Vercel) e vengono elaborati da Anthropic (modelli Claude) per generare la risposta. Il nostro server non salva il contenuto e non lo scrive nei log: registra solo dati tecnici come il tipo di richiesta, l'esito e la durata. Anthropic non usa i dati inviati tramite le sue API per addestrare i modelli e li conserva per un periodo limitato secondo le proprie condizioni commerciali.

Senza consenso eco funziona lo stesso: i ricordi vengono salvati sul telefono senza catalogazione e le domande non sono disponibili.

Voce

La dettatura usa il riconoscimento vocale di Apple. Quando il dispositivo lo supporta avviene interamente sul telefono; altrimenti l'audio viene elaborato da Apple secondo la sua informativa. eco non registra né conserva audio.

Promemoria e notifiche

I promemoria e l'invito quotidiano sono notifiche locali programmate dal tuo iPhone o iPad. Non passano da nessun server.

Acquisti

L'abbonamento eco Pro è gestito interamente da Apple tramite l'App Store. Non riceviamo i tuoi dati di pagamento.

Cosa non facciamo

Nessuna pubblicità, nessun tracciamento, nessuna analisi di terze parti.
Non vendiamo né condividiamo i tuoi dati per altri scopi.

I tuoi diritti

Dall'app puoi esportare tutti i tuoi ricordi o eliminarli in qualsiasi momento (Impostazioni). Eliminando l'app e i dati iCloud di eco, non ne resta traccia presso di noi. Per qualsiasi richiesta ai sensi del GDPR scrivi a support@ecomemory.app; puoi anche rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Minori

eco non è destinata a minori di 13 anni.

Modifiche

Se questa informativa cambia, aggiorneremo la data in alto e, per cambiamenti importanti, te lo diremo nell'app.

Your memories stay yours.

eco is an iPhone and iPad app that helps you remember: you type or dictate something, eco files it with artificial intelligence, and you can ask about it later. This page explains what data it handles, where it goes and what your rights are.

Where your memories are stored

On your iPhone or iPad, inside the app.
If iCloud is on, in your private iCloud database run by Apple, for backup and sync across your devices. Neither we nor other users can access it.
eco has no accounts and keeps no copies of your memories.

What our server knows

To run the monthly limits and stop anyone using the service in place of the app, the server (Vercel, with a technical store on Upstash) keeps only:

a random installation identifier, generated by the app and not linked to your identity, your Apple Account or your phone number;
the public key Apple uses (App Attest) to certify that requests come from the genuine eco app on an iPhone or iPad;
an Apple DeviceCheck signal (two bits managed by Apple that identify neither you nor the device) to prevent serial reinstalls on the same device to get free quota;
the number of filings and questions this month, and whether Pro is active (verified with Apple's signed receipt; we only use an encrypted identifier from it to limit use to five devices).

This technical data expires automatically (counters after about 40 days) and never contains the text of your memories or questions.

What is sent to the AI

Only if you give consent in the app (you can withdraw it anytime in Settings):

When you save a memory, its text and the names of people already in your archive, to file it.
When you ask a question, the question and a compact selection of the most relevant and recent memories (chosen on your phone), to find the answer.

This data passes through our server (hosted by Vercel) and is processed by Anthropic (Claude models) to generate the response. Our server does not store the content or write it to logs: it records only technical data such as request type, outcome and duration. Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train models and keeps it for a limited period under its commercial terms.

Without consent eco still works: memories are saved on your phone without filing, and questions are not available.

Voice

Dictation uses Apple's speech recognition. When the device supports it, it runs entirely on the phone; otherwise audio is processed by Apple under its own privacy policy. eco does not record or keep audio.

Reminders and notifications

Reminders and the daily prompt are local notifications scheduled by your iPhone or iPad. They don't go through any server.

Purchases

The eco Pro subscription is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics.
We don't sell or share your data for any other purpose.

Your rights

From the app you can export all your memories or delete them anytime (Settings). Once you delete the app and eco's iCloud data, nothing about you remains with us. For any GDPR request write to support@ecomemory.app; you can also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Children

eco is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
